Congratulations on your new phone order! We know you are super excited and want your new device as soon as possible!
We have provided some helpful information regarding the delivery of your device once it's ready!
The order will typically show in progress until it has been shipped out. The estimated shipping dates are based on the time that you ordered the device, and where you are at on the list. That is just an estimated date, so hopefully it will ship out sooner!
How you are notified when your phone is shipped or status of your order?!
My order shows in progress, pending, or order open. What does that mean?
Order Status is available 24 hours after placing the order.
Note: Shipments are dependent on the stock of the device. We do our best to make sure we have enough to ship out. Sometimes the popularity and demand can outweigh the supply. The device will be shipped out as soon as possible! We appreciate your patience!
If your phone is out of stock, not to worry. You can cancel the order, create a new one and pick it up in a store if it is available there!

Can I change my shipping address?
No, the delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
If the address incorrect, please chat with us.

I waited over a month for a iPhone 6s (yes a older model to save money) I ordered two end of November my husband got his in two weeks and I waited two more weeks thinking its the holidays... everyone is busy and perhaps it was coming from the factory in china? funny my local apple store had one ... then gave up 5 weeks later and canceled. I needed mine as my old 4s was giving me trouble . hopefully I get a refund for my sale taxes paid.... thanks for listening so yes it takes as little as two weeks to a month or more to receive your order you have been warned !

AT&T should let you know during the ordering process that an item is on backorder and/or out of stock. There is a two day shipping on my order and I still haven’t received nor been notified of when I may get my item. I am so disappointed.! And the att app and internet site is awful.

I ordered my phone Saturday morning, I gave them my social an stuff an it let me place the order with no issues, now when I check the status it says there working on it does this mean I’ve been approved?

I ordered the iphone 11 pro max on the 28th of October and it was on backorder, but when I try to to check the order status it gives me messages like OM120: check your text entries or that I have no recent orders tied to my account but over been charged for the device and I have an order number.
