What is wrong with my phone
My touchscreen freezes but everything else works, like the home button works and so does the power and volume button but my touchscreen will not let me do anything at all.

What model iPhone? A friend had the same thing happen to his iPhone 6 and it is a known issue with a faulty connector. In any event, take it to Apple. If still under warranty, they will fix for free. Even if not under warranty, they may still fix for free or at a minimal cost.
