Webster ny location activation

Hi I went in to the Webster NY Store to do a bogo you offered buy one 7 get one free. I had to go in the store 3 times to fix what problems they caused me on my account and months later it still is not right. I had the manager take care of this problem but, of course he never read the notes AT&T put on my account it has been nothing but aggravating since then. They messed up my account really bad. Now I have to go to that same store because they messed up the contract. So now they have to fix it and i the customer now have to be inconceivenced and try to get them to do it right. I spoke with AT&T yesterday and they put notes on my account but the manager refuses to read them. I should not be inconvenienced and have to go back and deal with a manager that doesn't know how to do his job cause if he did this would have never happened in the first place. Now they have to fix my contract again I'm not happy this is my 4th visit to this store. If your employees are not capable to do their job including the manager then they should not be working for you. They have put me through stress since the beginning of the first transaction. I do not think this visit to the store will go well because I'm very upset. This should of never happened. I want something done about this. Obiously they did not know what they are doing I'm a very upset customer and I have Been with AT&T for a lot of years even before any smart phone went on the market. So this was a horrible experience. Thank you Ann Marie Popham
