Voicemail

My iphone line got cancelled by mistake by AT&T and after they reinstated the line, my voicemail is now not working.  Please help me get my voicemail back up and functional.  Thank you.

Is it the visual voicemail that's not working? Sometimes it simply needs to be setup again from your phone. 

 

Guessing it's not that easy though - double check your Wireless Bill. Under billing details, make sure yours says under Wireless details "Access for iPhone 4G LTE w/ Visual Voicemail"

 

If not, Visual voicemail was not added back in when your line was re-activated. Dial 611 from your phone and talk with an AT&T customer service rep letting them know your visual voicemail is does not appear to be active on your line.
