My Voicemail box says it does not exist for my number

We can definitely help set up and access voicemail on your Apple iPhone. Make sure to set up your new voicemail within 60 days of activation or it’ll be automatically removed from your account.

1. From your wireless phone, press and hold 1 or the Voicemail key.
2. Select your language preference.
3. Create a 4-15 digit password.
4. Select your preferred greeting.
5. Listen to the brief voicemail tutorial.

If you continue to experience problems you can sign in to Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix voicemail issues.

If voicemail was removed from your account simply dial *611 from your device to add it back.
