Voicemail setup

I get an error message 1035 when I try to set up a message for voicemail

Voicemail issues are always easy to resolve. I can help you with making sure it is setup properly!

 

I appreciate you’ve provided us with the exact error message you are experiencing. This will help us find what is causing the problem easily.

 

Please keep in mind if you are using Visual Voicemail, it requires mobile data to be turned on within your phone’s settings. Another quick fix is by closing out the voicemail entirely and then reopening it. You can do this by double tapping on the Home button and swiping up on the Phone app to close it. If you power your phone completely off and back on again, it can help, too.

 

Should you continue to have problems, please visit our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool. It can provide more steps to resolve this. Be sure to select your device make/model, and then follow the prompts for Voicemail issues.
