Hi, @CurtD1960,
We'd love to help with this. If the voicemail app on your phone shows empty but people calling receive a message telling them your voicemail is full, dial 1 and go into your voicemail directly. If there are any messages hanging in the system, you should be able to hear them and follow the prompts to delete them, freeing up space.
