Voicemail Setup
I am trying to setup the voicemail on my iPhone 7 that I've had for a few months now. When I hit the voicemail button it dials to voicemail and asks me to enter a 10 digit number, and it does not recognize my number. I also went to the phone settings and the only voicemail setting it prompts me for is to change my voicemail passcode.

I understand how important it is to have your voicemail up and running properly. I am more than happy to assist with this!
I am going to provide a link to visual voicemail setup here, where you can follow all of the steps to setup your visual voicemail. You will want to go to Phone > Then tap the voicemail tab > Setup now > Create a voicemail password , then tap done > Tap done to save your greeting.
If you are still having trouble after going through it, AT&T has an amazing Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool which will undoubtedly be of assistance with your issue. You will just want to follow the link and select your make and model phone, or sign in then follow the prompts to have your issue resolved.
