Using an at&t device w/another carrier
Im about to buy an iphone 6s locked to at&t, will it work with another gsm carrier? Im not from the us so i cant use the service. If it doesn't work, how can i unlock the phone? Please answer as soon as posible!

you are better off buying an already unlocked version rather than one locked to AT&T if you don't plan on using it on the AT&T network. Unless the device is used and is eligibile for unlocking, it may take a while to get it unlocked.

It will work with other carriers, but not until you get it unlocked. Before AT&T will unlock the device it would have to have all payments paid on it and not under contract. If you are buying it used I would say to talk to the buyer and have them unlock it for you.
