I need help unlocking my iPhone
My iPhone 6 is locked to ATT US PUERTO RICO AND US VIRGIN ISLANDS. The system does not recognize the imeI number. I have even spoken to Mr Danny from office of the president, i spoke with apple, who confirmed that there is nothing preventing this device from unlocking. And suggest that ATT add this device to their system for unlocking.

Do you actively or previously had postpaid or prepaid service with AT&T? Has your device met all eligibility requirements in order to be unlocked? Have you submitted a device unlock request?

Problem is, I bought an iPhone 6 on eBay. The phone is locked to ATT. I know this because the only Sim that will work in the device is an ATT Sim card. The GSX search and Apple Inc. confirm that the iPhone is locked to ATT.
In trying to unlock the device on the ATT portal, the system does not recognize the IMEI number. What I also know is that the device is an Apple Replacement. I am not an ATT customer.
