Unlocking My Phone
I recently upgraded to an iPhone 7 plus. My previous iPhone 6 Plus I have paid in full and requested to be unlocked. The iPhone 6 Plus was replaced through apple for a warranty issue and was verified to be an att locked device with an apple and att representative on a 3 way call. Att still will not unlock the device. In 10 years of being an att customer I have never requested an unlock and this seems to be the most difficult thing to get handled. Help!!!!!!

What reason for the denial?
Usually have to wait a couple of weeks after the upgrade before they will unlock.
If it is eligible for unlocking, private message @ATTMobilityCare with your account and contact information and concern. If anyone can rectify the situation, they can.

One of 2 possible reasons.
1. They sent you an unlocked phone.
2. They never recorded the change of IMEI when you replaced the phone.
My guess is the later. Either way you need extra help.
