Unlock request

I requested an unlock code for my iPhone 6s. Got an error message that my ICEC number and phone number don’t match. Both were entered correctly, double checked. How do I proceed?

We'd be more than happy to assist you with your unlock request. Are you referring to the IMEI number for your cell phone? Please dial *#06# on your mobile phone to make sure that you have the right IMEI. Also, before submitting an unlock request on our Device Unlock Portal, please be sure to review our Unlock Eligibility Requirements to find out what's needed to unlock your AT&T phone. I was told she will send me a confirmation thru my email that I requested such request and nothing was sent.

I think if this is a BILL you are FAST to take action but in your services TSUP and you do not care.
