Unlock phone
Hello, i am AT&T costumer for 2 years, I bought my phone AT&T store for full price. Now i want unlock my phone(i need use when i go to different country) but unlock servise answering"We cant unlock your phone, becouse the device hasnt had active paid servise for at least six months" can you help me please, what shoud i do?

Good evening! I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with our Device Unlock Portal, I will be more than happy to help.
I am glad to hear you have been with us for 2 years! In order to unlock a GoPhone they need to be active on an account for at least 6 months.
