I have submitted 3 request to have my phone unlocked and I keep getting denied saying that I did not confirm the 24 hour link which I did all times. I have contacted help through chat and was told it would be approved that night but was only denied a couple days later. All I am getting is the run around. This device meets all requirements. It's not active because the previous owner upgraded their device.
