Unlock device
I bought my iPhone 7 last December ( the 27th ). At the end of this month I'll have my phone for 6 months. When should I ask for the unlocking process? The 27th or the 28th of June?

Did you ACTIVATE it as a GoPhone the same day you bought it?
I'd wait 48 hours after 6 months of service has gone by.
(Make sure that is also at least 48 hours after the payment for the 6th month).
As (I believe) GoPhone did not actually sell the iPhone 7, you probably could have asked for an exception for this phone. But at this point, it'd just be easier to wait (an exception would likely take longer).

Do you have prepaid service? The 6 month thing is only for prepaid. Besides, if you paid full retail price for your iPhone 7, which I'm pretty sure was the only option, you didn't really need to wait 6 months. You could have gotten an exception to that 6 month policy. Anyway, presuming you have prepaid and started using it on gophone when you bought it, your unlock request should go through the 27th. If you don't have prepaid and bought the iPhone 7 on a Next plan, it won't be unlocked until the phone is paid off.
