Unlock confirmation

I sent an unlock request however I have not received any email to confirm it. I’ve used this unlock portal a couple of times and I never received any confirmation. Checked my spam and junk folder, still no email for me to confirm the unlock. It’s an iPhone 7. All I get is this:

Request number: ***

Hello, @nz1111va,

 

Let's take a look at this. As the email doesn't appear to have been misdirected to your spam folder, go ahead and submit the unlock request again only this time use an email with a different email client and let us know if the email arrives this time.

Thanks for the update.

 

We highly recommend using either Chrome, or Firefox browsers along with a POP, or POP3 email.

Please give this a try, and keep us updated throughout the process.

Thanks. Submitted it again from Chrome using a Hotmail address. And it worked.
