Unable to unlock Apple Iphone through att.com/unlock

For four days and using several platforms on att.com/deviceunlock I am getting this error:

Error: We’re sorry, but we’re having technical difficulties with our network at the moment. Please try again later. If this problem persists, try clearing the cache and cookies from your device. Questions? Call us at 800.331.0500, or dial 611 from your AT&T wireless phone. (errorCode.ULS3001)

 

I urgently need to unlock my phone that was purchased by me and paid off. Anyone else recieving this error. I called AT&T twice with agents saying nothing but it is the only way to unlock is online throught the website. Completely frustrated.

SOLVED....it was @gmail.com as my email address that caused the issue. Entered a different domain and was able to submit the request. Although I had to change my email on my wireless acct to prevent being denied
