Trouble transferring my bellsouth.net email from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7
I purchased my iPhone 6 in March if 2015 from AT&T. I just purchased an unlocked IPhone 7 last weekend. I’ve had a bellsouth.net email for over 17 years. When I tried to put it on my new phone none of my possible passwords is recognized and when I tried to change the password it ended up changing my yahoo password. The system said that the bellsouth.net account was one of 2 yahoo accounts but provided no help to get this email onto my new phone. HELP!!!

I know how important it is to be able to access your emails, especially while you’re out and about. I’d be more than happy to help you with this.
Try using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool; it’s a super useful tool used for troubleshooting multiple issues! Here, pick your device and select Email under Service/network issues. You’ll be given a resolution after answering all the questions.
