Travelling from Canada to US with my unlocked iPhone

Can I purchase a one time SIM that allows me to call/text US and Canada and also has some data included? Or would I be smarter to simply pay the extra on my Canadian plan? If it's somewhere in the $25 rage it might be worth it to buy a US chip? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Depends how long you'll stay, try Cricket or T-mobile

I will give OP the same answer like wong282828.

Don't know how long you'll stay in USA and which area of USA you go to.
Not for US$25 with AT&T inc.data.

You may try other's US mobile network.
But if you're with Roger's ,Fido,Bell or Telus in CAN,and your phone are their unlocked i phone,

T mobile are NOT  your best choice!!

I agree with the previous 2 posts. If the $25 plan from your carrier includes a lot of data, it might be your best offer. If it limits data, then you should consider consider using a local SIM card. Which carrier to select can be picked based on where in the US you will be.
There are many prepaid carriers, some offer generous data plans.
