Trade in price, AT&T lowballing

Yesterday, I got an email regarding the tradein offer from ATT.

I read, the fine prints and they are offering upto $300.00 for Iphone 5s,

Mine is Iphone 5, in impeccable condition , never been dropped, always in the case, no scratches.

When i went in to the store in bay area, i was offered $100.00.

I have heard peple getting upto $200 for iphone 5. I asked the rep how did she came up with this number. The rep didn't have an answer for that, and she says thats the best they can offer.

I mean they are offering the $100 for iphone 4 and 4 s , as well. so why lowball the iphone 5.

On the other hand , I am getting $200.00 at verizon, seriously considering shifiting to them.

Enough of AT&T, got rid of their Uverse internet, now it's time to get out of the cellular stuff.

My 2 year contract is up , 2 days from now.

Did anybody else, had that trouble in the AT&T store.

Thanks

To be clear, you didn't have "trouble,"  AT&T offered you the published promotion price.  It is free to offer what it wishes and you are free to accept or trade elsewhere.

You say that you can get a better offfer from VZ.  That's probably also true for eBay and Craigslist.   Weigh your options and choose the one you feel is best.
