Texts from Unknown: Message not found instead of group texts
I stopped receiving texts from group texts yesterday. I can only get a text if some texts me individually.
I restarted my phone, turned iMessage, group, SMS messages on and off with restarting the phone in between. I reset all the other settings including Network. What do I do?

Hello, @Lhaley,
We'd love to help with this. Low or intermittent coverage could be the cause. If you're noticing only one bar or if your device is otherwise moving slowly in regards to data, that would be it. Otherwise, this is possibly a sync issue between iMessage and Facetime. Go into Settings, select iMessage and Facetime, and toggle each off. Afterwards, power down your iPhone completely for thirty seconds before turning it back on again. Turn each back on and let us know if you're still receiving the Texts from Unknown error message.

AT&T,
I'm having the exact same issue and have tried your suggestion and did not have any success. This is getting very annoying, a real solution would be nice.

I have the same exact issue. AT&T solution doesn’t not work. I am going to switch to Verizon
