Stop data transfers by APPs
I'm going on vacation out of the country and want to stop background data transfers from my APPs because of the cost. We have the IPhone 6Plus and IPhone X. What setting do I need to turn off?

Turn off data roaming.
settings, cellular data, cellular roaming off
You can also turn airplane mode ON, then Wifi back ON.
