Sim card

So I originally had an iPhone 5 and then upgraded to a Samsung note 4. I want to go back to my iPhone which I still have possession of. But, the SIM card in my note 4 is to big to go back into my iPhone. What do I do?

Since the note 4 carries a micro sim and the iphone 5 carries a nano sim, you will have to either go to a company owned store for a free replacement, they will even activate and update your account info with the new equipment or call in and see if they will provide you one by mail. Regardless the sim needs to be replaced.

You will have to contact an AT&T corporate store. They will provide you with the proper size SIM so that you can change back to your iPhone.
