Show WiFi connection but can't connect on iPhone 7

My iPhone 7 shows a strong WiFi connection but can't connect to internet or get email.

Connects with LTE when WiFi is turned off.  What is wrong with WiFi connection? Other

devices in house connect on this WiFi.

How do you do @Ladyclays?.

I’m sorry to hear of your troubles connecting to your home Wi-Fi network, but not to worry, this can happen sometimes with all kinds of devices. Here are a few easy steps which will most likely resolve your connectivity problems.

On your iPhone, please navigate to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. After doing this the iPhone will restart, you may also need to re-add your saved Wi-Fi networks.

If the iPhone is still unable to connect, please turn off your modem and router (or the one box if you have a router/modem combo) for about 30 seconds, and then turn them back on, first the modem until all the lights are solid, followed by the router. Afterwards please try connecting the phone again, and this time it should work.

Please let us know how it goes, and thank you for using the Community Forums!
