I had the account holder order my new phone. Went through the whole process of paying off the current phone and then ordering the new one. I wanted the iPhone Xs Max and instead the account holder ordered the Xs.
Is there anyway at all that I am able to return the incorrect phone and work with AT&T to change the model?
Contact AT&T immediately. You have 14 days buyer's remorse to return the phone and get the correct phone. You will be charged a restocking fee for the wrong phone.
