Robo calls I think

For about 2 weeks I have been receiving texts, some in the middle of the night offering to ‘hook up’

Today a text came in with a video attached. I am guessing it is porn but I will never know. I ain’t opening it. Please give me some suggestions on how to block. I will pay for such a service. Many thanks.
