Reactivating a suspended line; phone was lost, now found

I've reactivated a previously suspended phone (daughter lost it for 24-hours). How long until service is restored (ballpark)?

Have you already spoken to a customer service agent to restore the line? Has the device been unblocked to the AT&T network?

 

If you have done all of the above, then the device should be restored and activated immediately after restarting the cellphone.
