Reactivating a suspended line; phone was lost, now found

I've reactivated a previously suspended phone (daughter lost it for 24-hours). How long until service is restored (ballpark)?

Re: Reactivating a suspended line; phone was lost, now found

We appreciate you reaching out to the community for answers @brudow8!

Have you already spoken to a customer service agent to restore the line? Has the device been unblocked to the AT&T network?

If you have done all of the above, then the device should be restored and activated immediately after restarting the cellphone.

Feel free to access our Reactivate Service Article for more information and how-to-steps in order to get your phone line turned on.

We hope this helps, and have a good evening!
