Poor signal strenth Juncos PR
Apple iphone6S with AT&T services. Its looks like the very poor network service is been afecting my mobile service. Calls are falling and data is terrible.
Does AT&T is working on the area or this wont get better. Will be considering moving to another service provider.

How long have you been having this issue? Does it happen most places you go? Once I have this information, I will be able to better diagnose the issue.
In the meantime, have you heard tried our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? It’s like having your own personal technical support assistant! Here, choose your device and select Phone Calls under Service/network issues. Answer all the questions as accurately as possible to receive the best resolution.
