I have tried to unluck my phone with you but nobody seems to care. I even opened a case with one of your representatives and they sent me a webpage that I already said it doesn’t help me. I bought a phone in the apple store because the one I bought from you broke and when I try to use the webpage it says IMEI and phone number doesn’t match, but I already explain this. Please for the love of God somebody help me!
