I have made three requests to have my phone unlocked. Each time, AT&T has sent me an email that say I need to confirm my request. I have followed the link and confirmed my request every time. I’ve been given a confirmation number each time, and yet all 3 times I’ve received emails saying they canceled my request because I didn’t confirm. This is frustrating. I can’t call, live chat doesn’t work since I don’t have an account anymore, and I can’t reply to the emails, as they instruct not to. I fulfilled my contract with AT&T and my phone is being held hostage.
