Phone screen is blank
I just activated my iPhone 5S that I got from the insurance place. It worked for a day or two but it was very hard to hear anyone. The phone will no longer turn on. The screen is totally blank. I charged the phone for 2 hrs. Still it won't turn on

Hi there! @donny_rogers thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear your phone will not power on.
Try holding the power and home keys for several seconds. You should see the Apple logo and then phone should then power on.
If this does not resolve your issue, please follow the steps at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252 to restore the phone to the factory settings using iTunes and your computer.
