Phone is frozen

Just guessing here but sounds like you activated the iPhone's accessibility feature. If so, just hit the home button 4 times in a row to turn it off.

my phone has been acting up since i received it it freezes up it tells me i can only call emergency numbers right now its been froze since 841 and the time now is 920
