Thank you for informing us. Have you tried using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this? If not, please give it a try. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the steps to find a solution. You can also Learn what to do if you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone here. Let us know if this helps.

Allow us to help! We'd like to know more about these issues you're experiencing with making calls. For starters, when did this begin happening? Is your device currently up to date with the latest software? Also, what device are you using specifically?
You can also use our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool, to perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Select your device to begin. Afterwards, you can choose Phone calls beneath Service/network issues. Follow the steps and see if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!

I am currently using the IPhone 8. The problem started approximately a week ago and it has been getting progressively worse. I am able to make calls but the phone has to be connected to my car. My phone is currently up to date on all updates.
