I requested my phone unlock about a week ago but did not receive the confirmation email until after 24 hours had passed so it did not work. Now it will not let me unlock it and it is the only phone I can use now so I need it unlocked. Since no one can help me in store or over the phone, I am pretty upset with the situation and service. Since they are the reason I cannot use the phone I paid for, I expect help or a new one.
We can definitely assist you with submitting another unlock request. The link that is included with the unlock request confirmation email expires in 24 hours. Please allow some additional time for the link to expire, then Check the status of your unlock request. At that time, your unlock request will be canceled, and you will be able to submit another wireless unlock request with our Device Unlock Portal. Let us know if this helps.
