Pending Port approval
I ordered my phone and it’s been saying pending port approval for over a week. It should take no longer than 3-5 business days. How long does it take to transfer over a number?????

We can definitely provide you with some more information about Transferring your phone number to AT&T. If equipment has been ordered, the process typically takes 3 to 5 business days to allow time for shipment. If you're transferring a non-wireless number, it'll take a minimum of 5-7 business days to complete. Your current phone service will continue to work until you receive your new device from AT&T and follow the instructions to activate it. Once your AT&T account is activated, your old service provider will be notified of your new service with AT&T and will cancel your account. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
