We can definitely provide you with some more information about Transferring your phone number to AT&T. If equipment has been ordered, the process typically takes 3 to 5 business days to allow time for shipment. If you're transferring a non-wireless number, it'll take a minimum of 5-7 business days to complete. Your current phone service will continue to work until you receive your new device from AT&T and follow the instructions to activate it.
