Pending Port Approval
I ordered my new phone in 9/30/18 and it's already 10/08/18 the status of the order keeps saying pending port approval. I've spoke to an agent and they said the phone was arriving today but no phone and I'm wondering what the situation is and why it's taking so long.

You were probably misinformed. I dealt with the same issue. It can take up to 14 days to compete a port. You can call the porting team who can further assist you with getting the port completed.
