Over usage
I am new to AT&T. Within 1 1/2 was started getting over usage emails. Did live chat, tried contacting person who sold us the plan and was transferred more times than I can count on the phone. They tell me ignore them error on their part but I still continue to get the emails. Where do you go to get a simple correct answer?

One and a half WEEKS? DAYS? MONTHS? HOURS?
Look at your on-line account. See what it says.
How big is your data plan? What devices do you have using data?
Call *DATA# from your phone to find out how much you have left.

After 1 1/2 weeks over usage emails started. I'm 64 and don't understand data, usage etc. All I know is I told the girl when she came here what we wanted and she said we had plenty. We have 2 iPhones, iPad , tv, desktop and home phone.

@Judyd96 Dial *DATA# from your phone and it will send you a message that tells you how much you have left (and maybe how much is in the plan).
