Order Status: In Progress

I ordered an iPhone XS Max on March 12th and it’s been in progress ever since. I wanted to pick up at store same day but that never happened because I’m stuck at in progress. Same day in store is 2 hours but that never happened AT&T reps are no help. I just want my phone.

Thank you for contacting us! We'd love to help. The In Progress status means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system, but has not yet been prepared for shipping. You’ll receive an email once your order status changes to Shipped, or if further action is required from you.

This actually isnt much of a helpful answer.  I placed an order on Weds and am still stuck in "progress"

It would be nice if someone at ATT actually gave us real answers.  What is taking so long for my order to ship.

I run a business and being without my phone is a bit of an issue.

 

Please give true details of the order process to your customers.

2 days in pending is too long, its insane. My 477.00 was taken rather quickly. Id like my phone delivered.

I ordered mine Friday... Still nothing. I'm beyond frustrated with Att!!! My husband and daughter both have theirs yet here I am still waiting.

Im sorry but you guys are full of baloney, Im frustrated with how AT&T always acts like customers are illiterate. Its not hard to read “in progress” by checking my order but as a company you guys need to gain some professionalism! Tell people the ACTUAL status of their orders. I’ve never had such a negative experience trying to get a PHONE 😕

Our son's phone will be "in progress" going on 2 weeks now. Order placed on Oct. 15th for the MG 11 Pro 64gb and the green 11 64gb. My husband got his the next day and had a chance to change his phone to the 256gb and get that one and our son's is still sitting there "in progress". Estimated ship date 22nd-29th. It's the 28th today and I'm losing patience.

I’m having the same issue and all they keep saying is that it will be shipped today m. Well they have been saying that since the 30th and nothing has happened.

@TeresaBardell85 on the 29th the ship date disappeared for a bit then it adjusted to a month later! I called and they kept saying it was backordered. Then on the 30th a.m. they contacted my husband to say they were ready to ship and that the card on file didn't work which was weird but I called them to give them another just in case and the next afternoon, Halloween, they notified my husband that it shipped. We got it yesterday on the 1st,.my son's exact birthday. The AT&T website still says "In Progress" though.
