I ordered an iPhone XS Max on March 12th and it’s been in progress ever since. I wanted to pick up at store same day but that never happened because I’m stuck at in progress. Same day in store is 2 hours but that never happened AT&T reps are no help. I just want my phone.
Thank you for contacting us! We'd love to help. The In Progress status means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system, but has not yet been prepared for shipping. You’ll receive an email once your order status changes to Shipped, or if further action is required from you.
