I ordered an iPhone XS Max on March 12th and it’s been in progress ever since. I wanted to pick up at store same day but that never happened because I’m stuck at in progress. Same day in store is 2 hours but that never happened AT&T reps are no help. I just want my phone.

Thank you for contacting us! We'd love to help. The In Progress status means that your order has been successful via our point of sale system, but has not yet been prepared for shipping. You’ll receive an email once your order status changes to Shipped, or if further action is required from you.

This actually isnt much of a helpful answer. I placed an order on Weds and am still stuck in "progress"
It would be nice if someone at ATT actually gave us real answers. What is taking so long for my order to ship.
I run a business and being without my phone is a bit of an issue.
Please give true details of the order process to your customers.
2 days in pending is too long, its insane. My 477.00 was taken rather quickly. Id like my phone delivered.

I ordered mine Friday... Still nothing. I'm beyond frustrated with Att!!! My husband and daughter both have theirs yet here I am still waiting.

Im sorry but you guys are full of baloney, Im frustrated with how AT&T always acts like customers are illiterate. Its not hard to read “in progress” by checking my order but as a company you guys need to gain some professionalism! Tell people the ACTUAL status of their orders. I’ve never had such a negative experience trying to get a PHONE :/
