Online order

I ordered online 3 phones but was not given the delivery method option of in store pick up which I know are available in store. Can I still pick them up in store?

If you would like to submit the order in store, you are able to do so! With that in mind, we recommend Cancelling Your Wireless Order to prevent ending up with two sets of devices.

 

If you have already been charged for the devices, the amount charged would be returned within 5-7 business days after the cancellation. However, if the order is already in processing or being shipped you will be unable to cancel the order at that time.

@rbrewer01   I assume you are trying to order DirecTV channels.  This is the Apple wireless devices forum.
