Not receiving voicemails
Have an iPhone 7,have experienced problems for about a month. have visual voice mail and can leave myself a message with password. It will display on visual voicemail. Can not receive voicemails from outside callers however. Callers report a different voicemail that I never receive. Have tried just about every hack or suggestion I’ve found. Nothing works.

I know how important it is to have a working voicemail. I know I wouldn’t like missing messages. I’ll be happy to assist!
Have you run through our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool? This tool will take a look at your device’s settings, provisioning, and network status.
