No service

For the last several years my husband and I have been having issues with no service in our apartment building. The last two weeks we have been on a few important calls and our calls keep dropping. If we text or call anyone who doesn’t have apple like us it almost never works.  A few of our neighbors in the building have AT&T as well and they are having major issues as well. The last time we talk to somebody they told us to use Wi-Fi calling which we have been trying to use but it doesn’t work for every call. This is getting really frustrating being that we pay over $250 on our bill and we don’t even get reception in our home in the middle of the city. We tried marking our location on the map app several times and still no fix

We can definitely provide you with some troubleshooting steps for these issues that you've been experiencing with your wireless service. We recommend using our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool to fix this. Simply select your device and the issue, then follow the helpful steps to find a solution. Also, with AT&T Mark the Spot you can report dropped calls, network issues, and receive network improvement notifications. AT&T utilizes this feedback mechanism to better target network optimization and enhancements. Problems are clustered together to highlight areas for investigation. Please keep in mind that coverage can be limited while you're indoors in certain areas. Let us know if this helps.
