Make sure phone is fully charged. Try hard reset, press and hold home and power buttons, until Apple symbol appear, then let go. If no work, go to AT&T Corperate Store for new NANO SIM card, SIM cards are free. If still having problems, last resort go to Apple Store have Genius check iPhone out.

Hello @Apollonia !

I am so sorry to hear that you woke up with no service! I know how important it is to have service and stay in touch! I will be happy to help!

Are there any other AT&T devices experiencing this issue? Also, is your phone showing no service in all locations or just at home?

If this is only happening in a certain location, it is possible that there is something going on with your local tower and network. In this case, check out our app Mark the Spot! This way you can report the location experiencing issues, and send it directly to our network team. They will then know where there is a need for network improvements or an outage!

Also, check out our AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve tool! After selecting your make and model, there will be an option for Phone Calls under Select a Service-Related Issue.

I hope this helps! If none of this troubleshooting works and this is not a network issue, you may need a new SIM card. Any of our AT&T company stores can get you one for free! Check out our Store Locator for more information!

Keep us updated! Thank you so much and have a wonderful day!

Hello @Larrylt

I am so sorry to hear that you had no service on your device! I will be happy to help!

The Samsung Grand Prime is definitely an awesome phone! Great job on completing so many troubleshooting steps and doing a factory reset. If a reset did not resolve the issue along with a new SIM card, it sounds like it may be a hardware issue. I recommend taking the phone to an AT&T Device Support Center or Samsung Experience at your local Best Buy to take a look!

Let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
