No service older iPhones

Recently, all of the older iPhones on my plan (6, 5 and SE models) started having 'no service' issues. A lot of times, they can do a power cycle (turn off/turn on) and service will return. Very frustrating though. Any ideas

Hi @mitttheute,

Thank you for reaching out on the Community Forums.  I can understand how inconvenient it is when you phone does not work.  I would be happy to help.

Rebooting your phone usually fixes issues such as these and I’m happy to see the phones are responding to this.   Next please try resetting the network.  This will delete any saved Wi-Fi passwords.  Please go to Settings > Reset > Reset Network > Reset.

If you continue to have issues please use our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool.  Make sure your phone is selected, and then choose Phone calls for the issue.  Please run through all the steps completely.

I hope this information helps, and please have a great rest of your weekend!
