Hi @gmkathy2!
I am sorry to hear that one of your phone is having a service issue. The fact that the other 2 phones on the account are working fine is a great sign. It’s safe to say the network is fine, so let’s focus on the device itself.
The first thing that I try whenever my phone is having any kind of issue is the trusty reboot. It’s simple and a lot of times that is all it takes to get yourself back in business. Let’s restart the phone and see if it connects to the network.
Is this happening in a specific location or do you get No Service regardless of where you are?
I see that you have an iPhone, there are a couple other things you can try. You can remove the SIM card and reinsert it just to make sure that it is all snug. Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If you still can’t connect, you can head on over your nearest AT&T store and try getting another SIM card.
I hope this helps! Have a great day!
