I have submitted a request to unlock an iphone 6s. I never got the confirmation email to continue the unlock process. now when i try to submit a new request, it says there is already one pending on the IMEI I provided. How can I get the email? Or submit a new request to start the process over?

Regarding the confirmation email, ensure that the email was not sent to a spam folder or buried in a miscellaneous folder.
If the email is still unable to be found, no worries - an unlock request will be canceled within 24 hours if it is not confirmed through the email. Afterwards, you may submit a new request. For any additional assistance, please check out our device unlock support article.

Hello Admin please i have same Problem since last Wednesday , and more than 3 days have been past already and
tryied to process my IMEI once again i got this message
[Looks like we're already processing a request for this IMEI. Check your request status for more info.}
which means my imei still under process however i have not recieved confirmation e-mail YET
any help pls

I have exactly the same issue as described by the two users.
"Current Status = Pending" for now 3 days since I found the confirm mail inside SPAM folder and 5 days since the unlock request.
I am unable to do a new request, it does not allow me to do that, I receive same message all the time.
Must you perhaps manually reset this by giving you the IMEI nr or requesting code.
