Yes, if you are still within your 14 day return window. You have 14 days to exchange for a different phone. You will probably need to pay a restocking fee.

I switched from Verizon to att, horrible mistake. Service was very bad the day I got it, took it back after ONLY 5 day, they gave me half of my sales tax back minus the restock fee. Have been fighting with the uneducated people from customer service ever since, 2 weeks after the return I got a $285 bill! Charging me for a month of service. Now 2 months later got a bill $853, charging me for the full amount of the phone that I returned! They have all kinds of excuses about the 14 day return policy they WILL NOT HONOR
