My voicemail says it is full and won’t accept messages

For the second time my voicemail says it is full and won’t accept messages. What should I do?

Allow us to lend a helping hand. Please follow the instructions listed below to delete your voicemail messages: 

  • Call your 10-digit wireless number.
  • When you hear your voicemail greeting, press the * key to interrupt it.
  • Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
  • Press number 7 to delete messages.
